Policy For Refunds
The refund policy of Codexs Digital will be null and void if :
- You’ve selected an all-in-one plan.
- The main concept for the design has been approved.
- Change of mind is not applicable.
- You’ve asked for changes.
- The cancellation was made for reasons unrelated to the business
- If the policies of company has been compromised.
- In case another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
- There isn’t enough detail in the creative brief.
- A thorough redesign has been requested.
- The time limit for submitting a ‘request for refund’ has passed.
- The company is going out of business or changing its name.
- If a customer purchases a service bundle and is displeased with one of the services, a refund will be issued for that service only.
- After the final files are sent to customers in response to their request, no refund should be requested or processed.
How To Claim Your Refund
To assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements.

- The time to request a refund within 24 hours.
- We will try to resolve your concern by virtue of our revision policy immediately or else will email you a refund request approval from our refund department. After the refund, your design rights would be obtained by Codexs Digital and you would not be able to display any version of the design sent by company. Let us also specify that.
- Since the design rights would now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
- Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies Codexs Digital would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs that would restrict the re-use of the designs as original designs in the future. Cancellation Policy
Codexs Digital allows clients to request project cancellation before the work has been started or before the main concept, strategy, design, or development phase has been approved.
A cancellation request must be submitted in writing by contacting Codexs Digital through our official email or phone number. Once the cancellation request is received, our team will review the project status, completed work, pending tasks, and any approved deliverables before confirming the cancellation.
Cancellation will not be applicable in the following cases:
- The project has already been started.
- The initial concept, design, strategy, or development plan has been approved.
- The client has requested revisions or changes after approval.
- The final files, design concepts, website access, source files, or completed deliverables have already been shared.
- The delay or cancellation reason is unrelated to Codexs Digital.
- The client has hired another company, freelancer, or designer for the same project.
- The client has failed to provide required content, feedback, access, or project details on time.
- The cancellation request is made after the agreed project timeline has already begun.
- The service was purchased as part of a bundle, package, or all-in-one plan.
If a cancellation request is approved, any refund or adjustment will be calculated based on the amount of work already completed, resources used, time spent, and services delivered. Codexs Digital reserves the right to deduct charges for completed work, consultation, planning, research, design, development, content creation, marketing setup, or any third-party tools/services used for the project.
For monthly or recurring services, clients must request cancellation before the next billing cycle begins. Once a new billing cycle has started, cancellation will apply to the upcoming cycle only, and the current month’s payment will not be refundable.
